Vice President – Paul Sanchez


Paul Sanchez is a native of Toto, Guam.  He graduated from George Washington Senior High School in 1976.  He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1981 and served honorably for 21 years.  His tours of duty included Ellsworth Air Force Base (AFB), South Dakota; Zweibrucken and Wiesbaden Germany; McClellan AFB, California; Fairchild AFB, Washington; Osan Air Base, Korea; and the National Military Command Center (NMCC) in the Pentagon.  His last assignment was his most memorable.  He achieved the rank of Master Sergeant, and was selected as one of the Air Force 12 Outstanding Airman of the Year for 2000 and was on duty when the terrible event of 9/11 unfolded.   He retired in 2002 and continued supporting the NMCC as a Radio and Television Systems Specialist.

In 2006, he accepted a position with the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) as an Audio Visual (AV) Systems Engineer.  He is currently the lead engineer responsible for maintaining AV systems in the newly constructed Reston campus.  He also manages a VTC and engineering services contract for DIA facilities throughout the National Capital Region.

Since 2005, Paul has participated and supported many Guam Society events.  Paul became a full-fledged member in 2012.  He chaired the 2016 Guam Society Memorial Day Picnic and co-chaired the 2016 Guam Society Christmas Party.

Paul is married to the former Terry Cruz Manibusan from Agana Heights, Guam.  They have four daughters and seven grandchildren.
