UPDATED – 2015 Annual Guam Society Memorial Day Picnic

UPDATE: This update is regarding Base access for those members and guests who DO NOT have a military ID card. Unfortunately, Base Security was unable to accept and process the list of guests submitted for the event.

To work around this, if you plan on attending the Memorial Day Picnic on Saturday, you must be escorted onto the Base by an authorized military card holder. The Guam Societywill provide escorts that will lead you to the picnic location…our escorts will be located at the main gate Visitor’s Center.

The Visitor’s Center is located next to the parade of flags prior to the gate guards. Please plan to arrive between 10am through noon at the Visitor’s Center, and kindly wait for one of our escorts. If you plan on arriving earlier or later, please contact me at 478-284-6996 so arrangements can be made for an escort.

Again, if you previously provided your name and DOB, and don’t have a military ID card, you will need to be escorted onto the Base. We apologize for the inconvenience; please drive safely and we look forward to meeting you all on Saturday.
